外贸实习生

六月毕业季，几位应届毕业生结束了为期一年的外贸实习工作，大家在索尔特公司的外贸实习取得了良好的成绩。索尔特成为高校大学生积累外贸工作经验、提高就业能力的新课堂。

保定高校有十余所，大学生人数达20余万，这些大学生找到一份专业对口

的岗位相对困难。索尔特作为一家以外贸为主的企业，特意设置了几个外贸实习的岗位。“现在的大学生普遍缺乏实际工作能力，掌握的理论知识不知道怎样运用到实际的工作当中”，人力资源部李经理介绍说，“实习就是逐步了解外贸工作的各个环节，由易到难，基本掌握外贸工作的业务流程，实现能够自主完成外贸专员的职能职责的目标。”

来自金融学院、河大、农大的几位同学参加了本次的外贸实习。索尔特制定了外贸实习生的外贸培训流程，并安排具有丰富经验的老员工亲自指导。这些富有朝气的实习生很快的掌握了外贸流程，适应了外贸工作的需要，也提出了很多建设性的意见与建议，获得了老员工的充分肯定。双方的密切配合，使得大学生逐步完成了从大学生到职场人的角色转变。毕业在即，这些大学生有的继续深造读研，有的走上了新的岗位，有几位留下来继续工作，给索尔特公司的外贸团队注入了新的血液。

据了解，索尔特从暑假开始，将根据自身外贸工作的情况继续提供外贸实习的岗位，为更多的学生提供外贸实践的机会。

SORTER, New Classroom of Foreign Trade Practice for College Students

During graduation in June, a couple of fresh graduates finish their one-year foreign trade internship in our company; everyone has obtained positive results in foreign trade practice. SORTER has become a new class platform for college students accumulating foreign trade experience and improving their employment ability.

There are more than 10 colleges and universities and over 200 thousand college students in Baoding city. So it is relatively difficult for them to find a professing job. As a foreign trade-based company, we set a few foreign trade practice positions. “Now of college students are generally lack of practical work ability, and they don’t know how to apply the theoretical knowledge that they have mastered to the real work,” The human resources manager Mr. Li said,” internship is: students understand the foreign trade work of each link increasingly, from easy to difficult, grasping the basic work of foreign trade business process and achieving the target of independently completing the duties of foreign trade commissioner.

Several students from Hebei Finance University, Hebei University and Agricultural University of Hebei have participated the foreign trade practice. We set a foreign trade training process for intern students, and arrange older employees with rich experience to guide them. Soon the vigorous interns master the foreign trade process and adapt to the needs of the foreign trade work. They also put forward many constructive opinions and suggestions, and then gain the full affirmation of old employees. Because of their close cooperation, these college students gradually complete a role transition from a college student to a worker. Graduation just around the corner, some college students continue to further study, some find a new post. And of course some students stay with our company so they inject new blood into the foreign trade team of our company.

 From the summer vacation, we will continue to provide foreign trade practice opportunities for more college students.
